So far these AA batteries work very well, time will tell if they live up to their claim of extended life.

I just had a chance to use these batteries today and am impressed that you can use them right out of the box (Pre charged). I'm sure that they will last a while. Be sure to buy a quality charger as well. I would recommend the La Crosse BC-900. The La Crosse has multiple current settings so that you will not burn out your reusable batteries over a short period of time.
