| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The UltraPod Digital is a slightly modified version of the UltraPod II. It is molded in metallic silver nylon resin with silver feet, with a blue edge glow knob and thumb wheel. The strap is blue Velcro one wrap, designed to be easy to use and easily removable. This is a serious digital tripod with the added flexibility of the Velcro strap. It is intended for use with all size digital cameras, video cameras, etc. This is a good looking, functional tripod that works great with digital cameras.

Tripod August 5, 2008 This mini tripod is nice. It beats trying to get just the camera in the right spot. It adjusts to many angles for the terrain the camera is taking pictures on. Its also very light weight. The only problem is the rubber feet keep coming off. Other wise good deal.
Great size April 10, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love the small size and light weight design of the UltraPod. Big help with taking pictures with my digital camera.
roller bag companion July 29, 2006 I bought one of these to use with my Olympus OM-2 years ago and it still is a great companion to my Canon SD450! I take it with me when I travel, and use the velcro strap configuration to strap it to the extended handle of my loaded Eagle Creek rolly bag for a stable base when no table or flat surface is available. I also use it at school to record my presentations. In a pinch you can stack a couple of chairs and strap it to the up-ended chair leg. It's very stable for it's tiny size.
Small enough for your pocket July 29, 2005 13 out of 13 found this review helpful
This won't replace your full-size tripod by any stretch. But there are times when you don't want to carry anything beyond what you absolutely need. This tiny tabletop/ground tripod will fit in your pocket and is so light you may forget you're carrying it around. It's nice to have because I like to stash my digital camera in my pocket, and this is small enough to take along. No extra bag, no extra fuss.
It was great for taking timer shots from the ground. Inside many of the darkened cathedrals we were visiting, they expressly forbid regular tripods. But I could set up my UltraPod and sit in on the ground or on a pew and take shots up at the ceiling. It has a rotating ball head so that you can angle it up to take shots.
It comes with a velcro strap so you can tie it to a tree or pole - a handy feature if you are out camping in the woods.
Definitely worth a look as a second or third tripod.
