The laminator works good. But the "cleaner" on the directions was not included. I used the pouch covers included with the laminate pouches. Delivery was free, but the item was not shipped for a whole week. If you need something fast, perhaps the free delivery is not a good option for you.

I bought this item for home use and have been very satisfied with it. We home school, and this enables to keep my visuals nice throughout the whole year as well as save them for my other children. I weekly laminate about 6 to 8 sheets and have experienced no problems using this laminating matchine.

I just got this today and after the third thing I laminated it jammed. My only option is to send it to the manufacturer. The shipping and handling alone will probably cost more than it's worth. Don't bother with this product.

This purchase was for my wife, who was tired of using the school's laminator. We have used this several times now, and it has worked very well. With laminators costing as much as $600, this is a very good product for the price range.

I ordered this at the beginning of August hoping to have it in time for right before school to start. I am a teacher and our school always runs out of lamination. I ordered the laminating sheets and they got here in a timely manner. The laminator took much longer. they kept sending me emails saying they couldn't ship it until a new date. So it took over a month, which was after school started. I was disappointed because I had the sheets so I had to borrow someone else's. I finally got the email saying it had been shipped so I was expecting it in a week, which were when the dates I was given. About 2 days later, I find my laminator on my front porch. I was happy but we had lots of rain that day. So my box was soaked. Luckily, the laminator was wrapped in plastic. I don't have a box for it though. Now that I finally have it, it works well.
