5 out of 5 stars Great Bluetooth   July 22, 2008
The Motorola Bluetooth solved so many of my concerns....the reception is great...best of all, I don't have to wander around with a plug in my ear...that makes me look bionic.

2 out of 5 stars It keeps turning off!   July 20, 2008
The ease of use and sound quality deserve 4.5 - 5.0 stars, but neither of those issues matter when the speaker just turns itself off after about 2 minutes of talk time. At first I thought it needed to be charged, but that did not help. I have tried repositioning it and my phone, but those techniques were useless. It is really frustrating to get cut off mid sentence repeatedly AND I spend the first 30 seconds of each conversation explaining to the person on the other end that we will be cut off shortly. It really is too bad...I detest the earpieces and am going to have to switch over to one if I want to speak longer than a couple of minutes.

4 out of 5 stars Worked well with my motorola phone   July 14, 2008
I initially bought the Jabra SP5050. That worked well for answering calls, and had good call clarity, EXCEPT that I could only use it to dial the last number I had dialed on my phone.

I tried to Motorola T305 (since I have a Motorola U9 - similar to a Razr I guess), and now I can dial because pushing the button on the T305 activates my phone's voice dialing function (which works really well in my opinion).

Now I can dial, and answer calls. I'm happy with it.

Set up was very easy (as it was with the Jabra), just put it in pairing mode, then have your phone go into blue-tooth setup mode, and wallah.

Here's the way I use it:
- it's always plugged in to the charger (so always charging when my car runs)
- it's mounted on this little holder thingy that I have on my dash, so it's kind of in front of me near my radio controls (so no wires are dangling in my face)
- after I start the car I press the (too small) power button on top, and it pairs right up with my phone
- To dial people, pressing the BIG blue button activates my phones voice dialing (on my phone - a motorola U9) - don't know if this will work on other phones
- To end the call, press the same BIG blue button
- To answer a call, press the same BIG blue button

Downsides (but not big ones for my particular needs):
- I wish it would auto-pair with my phone as soon as the charger started up (but I guess I can see why it doesn't) instead of having to press the top power button
- I wish that the power button were larger
- I wish the blue light were brighter for day time
- I wish that you could dim the blue light at night (you can do this with the Jabra SP5050)
- Why do all blue tooth lights need to blink on every device (annoying, but probably to save power, nonetheless, annoying).
- I've noticed a slight delay after call connection (other reviewers may have mentioned), where I'm either missing someone saying "hello" or vice-versa - but I'm getting used to saying "hello" a couple of times

It is a very practical team, the quality of their sound is quite nitida and regarding the duration of the battery is more than enough excellent team ...

4 out of 5 stars great for hands free   July 8, 2008
I don't like the look of an ear piece and had heard good things about the Motorola T305 from my daughter who has one. This came within 5 days of ordering, was very easy to set up, has a short charge time, is small and unobtrusive and is priced much lower than I saw it a brick 'n morter stores. I don't have any problem at all with the "annoying" blue light some reviewers mentioned, don't even notice it. The only drawback I've experienced is that clarity seems to be compromised a little at high speeds, otherwise everyone I've talked to says it's just as tho I'm talking directly into my cell phone. I highly recommend this product!
