Amazon.com Product Description
Function meets the ultimate in style with the Jabra JX10 Bluetooth headset. Featuring a design by world-renowned Danish designer Jacob Jensen, a host of powerful features, and a diminutive size that screams "wear me all day," the JX10 is sure to find a place in your mobile device entourage.

The sleek, compact design makes the Jabra JX10 among the smallest and lightest headsets available. Weighing in at less than one-third of an ounce, and under an inch and a half long, you'll barely feel you're wearing it. The headset fits securely in either ear and it can be worn with or without the included earhook. Automatic volume control via DSP technology means that sound level and quality are matched to suit the environment you're in. The technology also significantly reduces background noise.

Pairing the JX10 with your Bluetooth phone is a breeze, thanks to the headset's one-tough pairing button. Intuitive, fingertip controls let you answer and end calls, or adjust the volume, while a multi-colored LED informs you of Bluetooth, battery level, and charging status. When used with a compatible phone, the headset also supports voice dialing, last-number redial, call reject, call hold, and call waiting. The JX10 supports the Bluetooth 1.2 specification.

With six hours of talk time and 200 hours of standby time, the JX10 is engineered to last through a busy day. When you're ready to recharge it, slip it into the elegant recharging cradle. And when you're on the go, you can also charge from your laptop via an included USB cable.

1 out of 5 stars Jabra JX10 read this before you buy it   May 9, 2008
This was the first bluetooth headset I bought, so I thought I researched it thoroughly. I used it with a Motorola Razor Phone. After a few months, I stopped using the Razor phone and went to a different phone with no Bluetooth capability. Jabra JX10 went back into the box and I didn't use it for about 9 months. Mind you, it worked fine prior to storage. Now it won't charge at all. Upon contacting Jabra, I came to find out that you CANNOT replace the rechargable battery. If it sits for a period of time without being charged, the battery becomes unchargable. Also, to begin with it only has a short number of charges before it becomes unchargeable junk.
I'm almost 1 year over their 1 year warranty, so they generously offered to replace it for a $35 fee with one of the lowest end products they make. I believe the customer rep put it this way: "You bought the Cadillac and we are offering to replace it with a Volkswagon." Wow. My advice if you choose this product, is to read the directions very carefully and follow them to the letter or don't buy it at all. I personally will never purchase another Jabra product.

1 out of 5 stars Get Laid   March 28, 2008
I purchased this product with big expectations. The info on the vendor's page shows and offers "new" products. When the package delivered i saw a used, broken(earclip) and a non-working product. totally disappointed. i Sent a message to provider. Could not get an answer. I Will never purchase a product again.

1 out of 5 stars Defective item   February 2, 2008
The Jabra Bluetooth was purchased for a Christmas present. Unfortunately, when it was opened on Christmas morning, we found it to be defect. The Jabra wouldn't take a charge. I returned it to the seller, who refunded the purchase price. I was disappointed that the Christmas present was a failure. Not the seller's fault, but it turned out costing around $25 for shipping both ways, with no benefit.

I have had an identical Jabra for over a year and am perfectly happy with it.

1 out of 5 stars Absolute Junk!   February 2, 2008
I bought two of these throuh this merchant in Jan 08 and had to wait a month while they we on back order and when they finally arrived, one wouldn't charge and the other that did charge, the sync function was broke. These should be called Blackeye not Bluetooth!

2 out of 5 stars Useless after six months   January 27, 2008
I'll concentrate on the reasons why the Jabra has been useless to me after just a few months, but first I'll mention that I really liked the headset when it was still working ok - small, stylish, good quality. It has a few design flaws though, especially the stylish stand - it is difficult to hook it up, you have to fumble; and the tiny buttons (pairing button is only for people with fingernails).

The major weakness is the little ear piece. When you switch the side from time to time, you have to pull it off and it becomes unusable after a while because the claw like attachment widens - then it simply falls off and won't stay in place anymore.

To make matters worse, mine also doesn't pair anymore, no matter what device I try. It has become useless.
