2 out of 5 stars Many problems   March 3, 2008
This headset seems like a good option - it is folding, comes with a transmitter, has a removable mic, supports A2DP and AVRCP bluetooth profiles, etc.

Despite all the good attributes above I have had nothing but problems with this headset. First it doesn't fold far enough to be useful but it does manage to pull hairs from the back of my neck every time I wear it. The transmitter that came with my unit was faulty and only broadcast the right channel - I also got no reply from BlueAnt's tech support. I didn't have a chance to try the mic but the stereo audio quality was lousy on all the devices I tried it with (direct pairing or transmitter).

Edit: It has now been nearly a month since I received my faulty transmitter. I still haven't received a reply from the BlueAnt tech support, but last night I received a replacement part in the mail (at my card holder's address). Testing with the new unit the audio quality is decent and I clearly hear both stereo channels. The BlueAnt unit still seems slightly inferior to the separate headphones and transmitter I bought to replace it, but the battery life and charge time are much better. If you get a working unit this is a decent Bluetooth stereo kit.

(still) I recommend getting a separate transmitter and headset. You can find either part separately with better quality and lower price.

1 out of 5 stars Barely worked   February 25, 2008
I bought these and they promply broke. The Batteries are suppose to charge and be interchangeable, but it seemed one battery never worked and eventually the other one quit (less than two months) as well. The battery connection was not well thought out. I bought a set of Plantronics P500 and have been quite pleased with them. I will not buy any more Blue Ants

5 out of 5 stars Very Pleased - Well designed and reliable   February 23, 2008

These are great headphones. They sound good, they are comfortable and they come with a spare battery. The package also comes with the charger, but if you forget to charge one of the batteries you can plug them in and listen to them while they are charging. Great headphones.

2 out of 5 stars One or the other   February 22, 2008
This headset is advertised as being able to listen to music and standby on bluetooth at the same time and it does - sort of.
The head set sounds great when connected only to the stereo streamer, but if you connect to both the bluetooth phone (on standby) and listen to the stereo - the music quality really stinks!

4 out of 5 stars Pretty Good, But There Aren't That Many Competing Products   February 21, 2008
Surprisingly good battery life. Only needed to recharge these every three or four days. I like the compact fold-up design. They are a little too quiet for me though, I like to blast my music. It's also ridiculous that the microphone is not built in. It's a little widget that you plug into the headphone's USB jack. But it's nice to see a set of headphones that can be charged via USB.
