So far so good September 10, 2008
Four stars so far only because I haven't had an opportunity to try the replacement battery yet. The cradle is great and I don't know how I made it this long without it. I'll probably order another one for work because the price is great. The cradle has a pretty bright led light and its very noticeable in a dark room. That may be a problem for some if the charger is in a bedroom. For me its a pretty cool nightlight. All in all I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

This component has changed my life!! :o)
Due high battery consume of HTC, I use to travel a lot and I use to have issues with that. However, using the docking I can charge both, my cellphone and a backup battery!
It's a high value add to me.
 Great Product, Great Price, Great Service July 3, 2008
This is a great T-Mobile Dash product for a great price. Bargain Cell shipped the item the next day and the product arrived quickly and in great condition. The docking station with spare battery is the solution for one stop charging and syncing. The extra battery is a plus and already saved me on an overnight trip. The only disappointment is the phone does not fit in the docking station with a faceplate, but that is a minor inconvenience.
 Poor quality manufacturing results in malfunctions June 8, 2008
This model has extremely poor quality control. The plastic base is so misshapen that the entire thing rocks back and forth significantly. The batteries don't charge unless you wedge them into the charging area with something thin in order to press the battery up against the contact. The Mini-USB mount is angled too far back requiring you to wedge the phone into the cradle with too much force for long-term use comfort. The LED lights do not change form green at any time, so they serve no purpose. Skip this one, and most likely any other models that look remotely like this one, since they are probably made by the same Chinese firm.
GREAT PRICE June 1, 2008
This is a very good charger, and even comes with a spare battery! So for price, this cannot be beat. The plus is that if you put the phone itself in to recharge it is quite efficient, and charges as fast as the original charger that came with the phone. Charging the battery by itself, however, is quite slow. But heck, I just put it on before I go to bed and it's all ready for the next day.
The thing I HATE about this is that in order to charge the phone, you have to maneuver the little rubber protection piece on the bottom of my Dash...but I guess that's a small price to pay for a great cradle charger.
All in all, I am very happy with this and plan to buy another one to keep at my other office....
