cheap, easily broken adapter June 7, 2008 the silver exposed part of the usb end is not seated firmly in the black plastic cable, bends and breaks off _very_ easily, two of them broke within a couple of hours for me. additionally, the contacts on audio jack end did not exactly fit my headphones jack. if it is seated in completely, it doesn't work, but if it out a millimeter or so, it will work.
that said, the customer service from orion gadgets was excellent.
Works great, USB connector a little tight June 2, 2008 Looks like what's pictures (mine wasn't angled). Would have been 5 stars but the USB connector is a little too tight, unlike the connectors for the external power or the USB-to-PC cable. Not a big deal, but a little annoying.
AT&T Tilt Stere Audio Converter May 14, 2008 Converter worked fine but it broke of one end when it was in my pocket.
Works like a charm April 30, 2008 This dongle is key if you have a wire headset or phone earpiece you need to use with a phone does not have a plug for the older headset. Used it for weeks now without issue.

this product did not work the way it was supposed to. when i hooked it up i could only hear out of one side of the headphones. i'm not sure if anyone else had this problem but i was very disappointed.
