Works well October 4, 2008 This speakerphone works reasonable well. The sound quality is good, both on the sender and receiver's end. You can still tell that you're on a speakerphone, but I expected that when I got it. The volume level seems to be good. I have a Toyota Corolla and I can turn the volume up loud enough on the highway to still hear the caller. I would recommend this product to anyone who wanted a reliable hands-free product for their car.
This is the way to go October 2, 2008 CA law requires a hands free device now--i just could not get used to the ear piece and find this to be a great alternative. I find I have to tilt my visor down slightly for people to hear me better, but overall it has been really convenient and has worked well. It attaches to the visor clip by a magnet so it's easy to pull off and take with me when i don't want to leave it in my car. If you, like me, don't like having that thing attached to your ear, this is the way to go!
Pleasant Experience September 30, 2008 I have tried several of the blue tooth ear pieces. They are annoying, disruptive, feel funny, sort of ugly, but work. Then, I tried a Parrot, it was troublesome in that it needed to be paired every time I left the car and came back to it. When I got the Blue Ant, it was like full automatic. Nothing to do. Charge it, put it on my visor, pull the mike out (which is the On switch), and it sounded so good, was easy to use, and every time I ran errands, it was connected when I returned to the car each time. What a pleasure. This is the finest small electronic appliance or device available for the average person who does not want to tinker. I love it. Thank you, Blue Ant, and Amazon.
Great! Works exactly as advertised, sounds like it isn't there! September 30, 2008 This is one item that is well worth the purchase price. I don't just use it in the car. It lets me drive -or do something else with my hands- while I talk on the phone, and it works wonderfully. People tell me I sound good, exactly like I do when just using my cell phone. I put the blue ant speakerphone on the visor and I put a plastic "sticky pad" on the dash. Now I just lay the cell phone where it gets the best signal. The magnetic back clip works very well, especially once I peeled off the clear plastic that covered the entire back of the speakerphone. Now it holds like glue. A great product that makes for safer driving.
Blue Ant Works September 21, 2008 Unit works as advertised. Easy to operate and I can hear and others can hear me even in traffic and at freeway speeds. Good battery life as I discovered because I keep forgetting to turn it off when I leave the car. Beats getting a $200 ticket for using the cellphone.
