Product Description The ImageMate 12 in 1 Card Reader/Writer is a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Multi-card Reader/Writer that connects to your computer's USB 2.0 port. USB 2.0 provides superior performance to transfer pictures, music, video and data between flash memory cards and your computer. Because USB 2.0 devices are backwards compatible with USB 1.1 ports, the ImageMate 12 in 1 Card Reader/Writer will work with all existing USB ports. The ImageMate 12 in 1 provides the ability to write data to and read data from flash memory without connecting your digital device (digital camera, handheld computer, digital music player, etc.) directly to a computer.

12-in-1 Card Reader works like a charm-great price & delivery! June 21, 2008 Great price and reads most memory cards. Plug-n-play - great device. Don't know how I lived without it so many years! One device for all my cameras, videocams, digital photo frames, etc... This device replaced a tangle of USB cables for all these devices!
great if you don't already have a built-in card reader June 18, 2008 I owned the Imagemate 8-in-1 and needed to upgrade because it didn't support many of the newer, higher density formats like SDHC and xD type M. Sandisk has managed to squeeze every popular form factor into 4 slots for the new 12-in-1 and keep the same footprint. In fact, my new reader fits into the old stand no problem. The combination of size and supported formats make this stand out from the rest because 1. it's pretty compact compared to the rest and 2. it supports CF as well as the smaller-size memory cards. I was considering the smaller readers from Sandisk but the 2 alternatives were either solely CF or everything except CF.
It's been a lifesaver at family gatherings when people have 3 different memory card types. We collect all the photos using the reader and then burn a disc for everyone. The reader separates from the stand and there's an included short USB travel cable in the package.
Exactly as advertised June 13, 2008 Not too much to say, this thing works exactly as it is supposed to, requires no drivers, and is fast and effective at moving data off all types of memory media. It is great to have the ability to read any memory card; this device reads just about any type of media that you are likely to see in any consumer camera.
Just a note, when connected, this device will add 4 drive letters to your system (for all the different types of media). Not a negative, but some of the techies out there may want to know.
Save your camera. June 7, 2008 This device looks good on your desk, but most importantly, it saves wear and tear on your camera. Transfer your files by simply plugging your card into this device and not string the usb cables for your camera. To me it seems faster too.
SanDisk Imagemate 12-in-one USB Hi-speed Reader May 26, 2008 Works well with certain cards, not with some of the larger cards, but they come with there own readers. Quick shipment, good price. Easy to use
