 Works great on MAC and PC!! November 5, 2008
I've been using it for about 4 months now with no problems. It has worked great on both my MAC and PC with SD/SDHC/CF cards. I have not tried any others. Definitely worth the money.
Works just fine with OS X October 25, 2008
I mostly use this with flash cards, but I think I've used an SD card in it too. I have a mini Mac with OS 10.5, and it has works great so far. I just plugged it in and it worked.

I bought this for use with my compact flash card for my Canon Digital Rebel camera. Compact flash cards are the ones where the reader has pins that plug into the end of the card. The slot was very tight and required a bit of a push to get the card in. I did not think anything of this as other card readers I have used were also tight. But to my dismay the pins on the card reader do not line up correctly with the card. Upon inspection I noticed that one of the pins in the reader had been bent over and another one had broken off in my card. Basically on first use the reader not only damaged itself but rendered my card useless as well. Don NOT buy this reader for CF cards. I did test the reader on one of my daughters SD cards and that did work, but I am still mad at the very cheaply made CF pins.
Cheap, Quick, and Functional September 3, 2008
This reader does exactly what it says. It installs with no problem under Windows Vista x64 and reads all sorts of cards quickly and without problem.

This little package fulfills a need I never thought I would have. Here I sat with a gorgeous PC that had slots in the front for all my memory cards and sticks. So when my hubby bought me a new state of the art system, I was appalled to find them gone!! I panicked, that is until I found this little gem.For under $20 I now have the capacity to read and download my memory cards, but just about every one elses too.
