Aluminium Deluxe Case for the Sony NW-HD5. It is made of aircraft grade aluminum and the design of the case is according to the profile of the Sony NW-HD5 handheld. The neoprene lining on top, bottom and the side holds your Sony NW-HD5 securely in place. The lock on the side holds the top and bottom of the case tightly together and prevents from accidentally open which could get your handheld scratched. With this form-fitting aluminium deluxe case it protects your handheld investment. Also contains a removable '360 swivel belt clip' (easy to install and remove). Back of the case still stays flat when clip is not in use.

Decent case, but keep it out of the sun April 28, 2006

I originally rated this case as excellent. But, I had to drop it down a couple of stars. After a couple of months of partial sun exposure, the black paint has turned into a copper color where it's been in the sun. I used this case to mount with velcro in my vehicle, so I can take the player in and out, but the case stays stationary. Now, I am thinking of buying another one to use for transporting the player. This case fits well, has a nice, smooth interior lining, and is lightweight. I found one on Ebay for $30 dollars and just thought that was too expensive. $20 dollars is reasonable as long as you don't plan on exposing it to the sun.
