Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
The Corsair Flash Voyager family of USB drives is rugged, stylish, compact, and reliable, making them ideal for transporting MP3s, digital images, presentations and more. Flash Voyager drives are fully Plug and Play with most operating systems and are backward compatible with USB 1.1. Their durable rubber casing is easy to grip and water resistant. The Flash Voyager product line is both enclosed in the Corsair proprietary all-rubber Flash Voyager housing. Boasting water-resistant properties, these drives allow users to carry more valuable data and applications without compromise. Several reviews of the Flash Voyager products have demonstrated the ruggedness, durability, and reliability of the Flash Voyager family. The Flash Voyager has been shown laundered, baked, frozen, boiled, dropped, and even run over by a SUV in many third party reviews. After all the punishment it receives, the drive continues to work.

5 out of 5 stars its a portable hard drive that you carry on your keychain!   August 29, 2008
its 32 freaking gigs! I am a graphic artist and move a lot of huge files around, this is perfect for that! Also, you can think of it this way, its as much room as the mid level iPod (30 gb) can store so technically you can fill this with music and use it as a music carrier.

Even though it is USB 2.0 transferring gigs of data take some time, still though, the space and ease makes up for it. It's like adding a second or third hard drive that you can then attach and detach to any computer.

I highly recommend it!

1 out of 5 stars too slow to use   August 28, 2008
The space is nice but this thing is at least 5x slower for bulk read/write than my old 2 gig thumb drive. A big (literally) disappointment.

4 out of 5 stars Great Product   August 26, 2008
I really like this product, specially because of its capacity. ruber finish and size. It is quite fast reading and writting.

There are somethings to improve. For example to design a way to avoid losing the cap and putting the capacity sign in other place than the activity led, where it is almost impossible to read.

Thanks

3 out of 5 stars Not fast enough for RAM   August 23, 2008

I recently bought this drive thinking to use it as RAM to speed up my Vista system. Unfortunately, it doesn't work. Instead, Vista tells me that this flash drive is too slow to be used as RAM. It still works fine for storage, but that's not what I wanted it for...so a mixed rating from me.

The rubberized grip feels nice, but it makes it hard to plug into the back of your system. It comes with a USB connection cable if you don't mind it dangling.

5 out of 5 stars Works well, no problems.   August 13, 2008
I bought two for quick backup of work computers. No problems so far. It is great to have so much storage.
