It does what its supposed to... August 27, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Not much to say. I went from 512 MB to 2GB in my laptop. Max'd it out. Noticeable improvement to say the least. You really can't go wrong with PNY memory.
Non-Techy actually could do this! August 23, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Ok, I actually upgraded from 512mb to 2 of these for total of 2Gb on my 2005 HP Pavillion... A-okay and working fine. I must say it was easier then I imagined and I am so proud of myself (Hey I grew up in a world where computers filled up a room at large corporations...) Now I can upgrade to some of the softwares that demand 1GB and suggest 2Gb RAM. YEA!
Not a SODIMM May 15, 2008 Just another unhappy customer who received DIMM's (desktop) instead of SODIMM's (laptop) memory. I should have read the other comments before ordering. Alerted Amazon to the mistake, hopefully they'll fix the item description before another customer orders the wrong memory. Waiting for my refund.
Wrong Product May 8, 2008 This product is listed as so dimm, and i recieved regular dimm ram (desktop instead of laptop) which they where more then happy to look at trying to fix the problem after I paid to send the item back etc etc, standard form letter, would not do business with them again
NOT SODIMM! April 11, 2008 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
Bought this on a recommendation from PNY's website and from these reviews. HOWEVER, this memory is NOT 200-pin SODIMM. It is a 184-pin DIMMM and will not fit in a notebook!
