Beautiful!!! August 7, 2008 These frames are very, very nice. True they are a little bit of a pain compared to other styles, but, are well worth it. Amazon and Target could pack them a bit better, but mine made it fine to Alaska without any breakage. I love these and bought several styles.
Excellent February 3, 2008 I ordered this item the delivery was sooner than expected. It came wrapped nicely to prevent damage. It is a bit time consuming putting together but if you plan on leaving the photos in the frames without changing them, this will be perfect for displaying your photos
Looks beautiful but will drive you nuts December 2, 2007 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
I noticed the other two reviews both had broken glass in their shipments. Mine wasn't broken when I got it, but all of the frames had fallen out of the holes in the styrofoam container, so I just got lucky.
It's true that the only tool you need is a screwdriver, but every single picture is held in place by four small screws. This pretty much guarantees you'll get your fingerprints on the inside of the glass where you can't clean it. The metal wires that suspend the frames from the rod are wrapped around these screws, so you have to reconnect them every time you change a photo--kind of a delicate task. And if you overtighten the screws when putting the glass panes back together, you'll crack the corners (I cracked two, although I was being very careful).
In short, it took me half an hour to install six pictures and two of the frames are cracked. The design of this product is a disaster. I'm sure there are lovely alternatives to this, and I'd recommend you buy them.
broken, broken and broken November 11, 2007 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
I recieved two of these items and they were both packaged improperly. The result was broken glass all over the box. Shipped them both back and asked for a full refund. Got it!
Excellent product and great service October 10, 2007 Excellent product... really liked the frame and how it looks! I had ordered 2, and one had a glass broken which was quickly replaced for free by the vendor, very impressed!
