 hardware works; software is very clumsy September 7, 2008
Bought this item for use in a PC. The Software disk included with the bluetooth adapter is badly made.
It read and installed fine on one computer, but failed to read on another. After many tries it read, but would not finish installation. Put the disk back in the computer that it worked with to grab the files, but it would not read. (It finally read after several tries)
Dumped the files on another computer and then moved them via LAN to the affected PC. Good hardware, I just wish the CD was manufactured a little better.
Obviously, if you buy this for a phone, you won't have the software installation issue, because a software install is not required.

I bought this item and it does work well. Ionoe about those blue tooth, but it still works, but then again most phones already let you add things automatically, soo if you dont have a smartphone this would be perfect! :D
