The charger is definitely thicker than the OEM Panasonic charger that comes with the Lumix DMC-TZ3 cameras, but this one can charge in the car with the included adapter. It also works in US outlets and it comes with a US to Euro (type C) adapter.

I purchased this item with my Panasonic digital camera & one came with it. So I've not used this particular item. However, the one that came with the camera is compact & convenient. I had no need for an auto-charger.

The item is described by Amazon as suitable "for global travel and worldwide usage". It is not, as further adaptor plug (not included) is required to use this item in several locations, including the UK, Ireland, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Kenya, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Nigeria, the Seychelles, Singapore and Sri Lanka. Which rather defeats the object of buying it for 'worldwide usage'.

VERY SATISIFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT. WE USE IT ALOT MORE THEN YOU WOULD EXPECT. IT IS SMALL AND EASY TO TAKE WITH YOU.

It's awesome, comes with a cable to connect it with the lighter of my car and I don't expect that. Charges the battery in less than 2 hours.
It's a little bulky so it's fine
