Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
The reader is designed with a USB connector and a memory expansion slot that accepts a microSD card. It also replaces your SD card adapter, since the microSD card fits directly into the reader. When in use, the microSD Card Reader appears as a drive letter (i.e., E:\) and data transfer is as simple as drag and drop. Use the reader with a microSD card to get the storage capacity for a variety of helpful transfers, or acquire content to side load to your phone:Store your entire mobile life - photos, songs, text messages, video clips, personal information - on a microSD card, then work with it across device platforms seamlessly with the microSD Card Reader.

4 out of 5 stars Worked As Expected   August 20, 2008
This MicroSD reader worked as expected. It even worked worked with my 8GB Sandisk MicroSDHC. Would have gotten a 5 stars if not for the difficulty in removing the MicroSD card from the reader and the difficulty in removing the USB reader from the enclosure. But all in all a gread reader.

2 out of 5 stars Too difficult to get the MicroSD card out   July 19, 2008

It works, but, as a previous reviewer stated, it is very difficult to get the MicroSD card out. I do feel like I am going to break my MicroSD card when I am trying to slide it out with the tip of my fingernails. To me, this is a horribly obvious design flaw. Spend the extra couple of bucks and get one that is more user friendly (I'd list some if I knew of some, I had a generic one that I lost that worked much better than this though...)

5 out of 5 stars great product   July 19, 2008
Excellent little card reader. It is tiny, and has a built cover, which is great.

5 out of 5 stars Small in size, Large in action   July 17, 2008
This MicroSD reader works like magic.
No software or braincells required, you simply stick your MicroSD card in one end, and USB it on your machine, and BAM it sees it as a thumb drive. You can copy, cut, paste, and all the good file sharing goodness. I've moved music, pictures, and files smoothly and with no extra effort what so ever. Works right out of the box, and for such a low price, its a no brainier.

3 out of 5 stars Sufficient only   July 12, 2008

It certainly does its job. However, the micro SD card fits extremely snug and you need long fingernails to be able to get it out afterward. I worry every time I use it that I'm going to accidentally break the SD card trying to get it in or out.
