| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description The Fujifilm USB Drive operates as a secure, reliable, removable disk, using a standard Universal Serial Bus (USB) device interface. A computer immediately detects it, recognizing it as a supplementary removable disk and assigning it a drive letter. The Fujifilm USB Drive supports complete and instantaneous plug and play interoperability on the latest Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, with no software drivers required. Since the Fujifilm USB Drive has its own central processing unit (CPU), it can directly support and run multiple applications, crossing the boundaries between a PC and a Macintosh. The Fujifilm USB Drive simply plugs into a computer's USB port and becomes an external drive. Saving files to it is just like saving files to a hard drive; files can be saved directly to the drive or can be copied onto it by dragging and dropping. Despite its miniature size and light weight, once plugged into a USB port of a PC, the Fujifilm USB Drive will act like any other external storage device.

Less than advertised January 1, 2004 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
This device is advertised on its own packaging as being compatible with Windows 98, period. There is nothing about Windows 98 SE being the only version that is compatible. In fact, the tech folks at Fujifilm have been unable to get my IBM computer with Windows 98 to work with this device. It works fine with my Gateway laptop running Windows 2000 but a major reason why I got this was so that I could carry data back and forth between the two computers. Fujifilm's support is polite, incompetent and prone to using "canned" responses. If you have Windows 98 do not consider this product! [By the way, on the day I tried repeatedly and unsuccessfully to install this, I had absolutely no problems installing an Iomega Zip 250 drive (USB, host-powered)! Iomega gets it; Fujifilm does not.]
