Terrible terrible customer service
Stay away from this company. Products to hard to use piece of junk!!!

Cheap off brand junk! Worked about a month then died and broke my little girls heart.
Won't connect to the computer or recharge anymore. $[...] bucks shot in the [...]. I should have known for that price you won't get all those features. Does the phrase "too good to be true" ring a bell? Warranty is out of the question because by the time you send it back to them and prepay return shipping it's more than the thing was in the first place. Don't even consider this if you want video. You have to use a converter that is poorly programmed and doesn't take the basic video formats. And little to no instructions for how to use the converter. Half the time we had it was used trying to figure out the rudimentary button layout.
Just steer clear. I'm going Sony.
