2 out of 5 stars God awful!   August 19, 2008
When I first received these headphones I was anxious to try them out and enjoy the convenience of wireless connectivety. Boy was I disappointed! First off the sound is sooo low, it was almost imperceptible. So naturally I returned them thinking they were defective. Alas when the second pair arrived I was soon to discover they to produce the same low volume level as the first pair. All of the features worked with my Samsung M520 phone including voice-dialing and voice caller ID. I was surprised also to find out the same low volume was output from my phones MP3 player as well> If you are looking for a good LOUD pair of headphones beware of this pair!

4 out of 5 stars Not bad for the money   August 18, 2008
I bought these headphones to use with my the music player on my new cell phone when I go running or biking. They seem to work pretty well, sound is good. I have two small complaints: 1st is that they are a bit heavy...it took a little while to get used to them, but they don't really bother me any more. 2nd: Now this may be the case with all bluetooth devices but I thought I would mention it anyways - Sometimes there is an interuption...this may be from interference with other bluetooth devices in cars as they go by me though. It really only seems to happen if I am running or biking next to a major road.

Overall, a decent pair of headphones for not a whole lot of money!

5 out of 5 stars Perfect   August 17, 2008
I bought this for my Motorola Q cell phone and it works perfectly. When pairing it, my phone asked to pair for both and hands-free and stereo headphones, so i didn't have to pair it twice. The music through these are awesome. I also like the fact that you can connect it, through usb, the a computer and use them as headphones while they charge so if you have a pc u never really need to plug it in to the wall, saving a plug in for something else. The only thing i can't test is having them connected to two different devices at the same time.
If your looking for a good set of stereo headphones then these are for you. I would recommend these for anybody looking for a perfect companion for a cell phone and/or mp3 player.

1 out of 5 stars Not the usability I expected - Not worth the $30 sale price   August 16, 2008

I bought a pair fo these headphones thinking I could wireless listen to music streamed from my computer. What a pain! What a mistake!

I have been working with computers as a technician since the early 80's, so please believe me that while I could eventually get these headphones to work, it required a hugely complicated effort. Not only did I need to upgrade to a specific BIOS, but I needed to load in third party Bluetooth stack to get these headphones to even connect. And even with that, I need to re-pair (That's bluetooth pair again, not fix) the headset after each charge.

I worked with the technical support at Jabra, who's main solution was to swap these out with a different set of headphones, but they offered either single ear bluetooth or wired. In other words, they didn't have (or offer) any comparible headsets. Technically, they kept falling back on the excuse that it was likely my computer, since their "technical requirements are fully qualified".

So, while I got these to headsets work, somewhat, after a while and with a couple fo work-arounds, there is a reason these headsets have been discounted to the $30 range for close to a year. The ONLY reason I can think that they are still selling these pieces of junk are that they have a huge inventory.

BTW, how long does it take of discounting to a low price before that discounted price is considered the actual price. The $99 is purely fictional at this point, because it was only the price hoped for by the manufacturer at some point in time, a long time ago.

4 out of 5 stars Works for me   August 11, 2008
I use these daily paired to my HTC phone (easy to pair) for my long commute to work every day on the bus and they work great. It tends to be noisy on the bus, but the sound is fine when I use these. The battery life is great, I usually leave them on all day (15 hours) and plug them back in when I get home without worries.

The only problem I find is on really windy days walking outside the mic seems to pick up the wind, which makes you inaudible to the other person. On the other hand though, the mic has no problem picking up desired sound.

I'd recommend them to anybody who needs a headset but doesn't want to pay an arm and a leg, they're worth the money.
