Contact Zio. You will have to send it to them for repair but it comes back in a week and it works with SanDisc MS/MS Pro.

4 out of 5 stars Problems with Lexar Media have been resolved...   January 1, 2003

I encountered the same problems with a Lexar 128MB memory stick that have been mentioned by other reviewers. I discovered that dazzle has a firmware update for this reader available on their website. I downloaded, installed and ran the firmware updater and have had no problems with the reader since.

There's not much more to say. I wish the cord was about 2 feet longer. I have my USB hub on the floor, and the cord is barely long enough to reach --- and the reader is at the back of the desk. If it was a bit longer, I'd be able to pull it closer to the keyboard when I'm using it.

2 out of 5 stars Doesn't work with Lexar media   December 18, 2002
The Dazzle reader doesn't work with my 128MB lexar stick. But it works fine with my 128MB sony stick and my 128MB sandisk stick. The lexar stick works fine in my camera and in my hp officejet's reader. I'd stay away from this reader.

5 out of 5 stars Great reader/writer   November 10, 2002

I have a 128MB Sandisk memory stick and a 32MB Sony stick, and I got this Dazzle memory stick reader because it was inexpensive and seemed to do what I needed to do.
I just inserted the CD that came with it and installed the drivers on Windows XP. Popped the stick reader in the USB port, and voila! my computer immediately recognized it and it was ready to go.
It had NO problem reading either the Sony or the SanDisk memory sticks at all. I could also delete and write to the stick without any difficulty.
To all the Lexar stick owners, I have to say that maybe it's true you are having problems, because I don't have the Lexar stick and can't vouch for it. But if Sony and SanDisk work fine, there maybe some flaw in the Lexar stick somewhere or at worst Dazzle reader is just incompatible with it.

I love this product for the ease of use, price and convenience. I don't ever plug in my Sony F707 camera into the USB port, just take the memory stick and put it into the reader and it's ready to go.
