 fair price for a small e-commerce. October 20, 2002

what can you expect from this price? it is pretty good for someone just planning to start up a small e-commerce. most of the e-commerce program does not come with shopping cart, so i think it is great buy. you can find add-on shopping cart, but it is expensive.
