Doesn't work with Windows XP installed on a Mac using Boot Camp...don't waste your money like I did.

With rebate and Amazon's price this is a great deal on a fine product which does what it claims. If you use it once to reclaim a hard drive failure you will have gotten more back in saved time and aggravation than you paid for the program.

Back up program works well for full back up but I cannot get it to do an incremental or differencial back up.
I do not understand why it will not work for me. I have version 7 on my daughter's computer and it works every time with incremental.

I ordered, tried to install. I have 4 machines. It would only install on 2. When I emailed tech support, it took more than a week each time. They clearly did NOT read my email because their response was inappropriate and useless. 3 strikes and they are out. I returned it and bought other software. I have Win XP Media Center Pro on 3 machines and XP Pro on the 4th. Forget this one.
Hangs almost on every backup. Very buggy July 1, 2008

I use this product in Windows Vista and I am extremely dissatisfied. It hangs almost every time and taking a simple backup should be rerun with reboot several times. A backup is a horror. I submitted also a support request and didn't get any answer yet. I strongly discourage Vista users buying this software. It is better just to archive (zip) your stuff or go and use the backup tool coming with Vista.
