This product is great and im not just saying this because of the price being so cheap and the pad being so big... actually that is why im saying it... this is a great product for you to buy i found no faults in it at all =D
Great Pen Tablet October 6, 2008
I love this pen tablet. It works great and what a great price. This is my first pen tablet so I do not have another one to compare it to, but I am very pleased with this product. It works great, was easy to set up and it was ready to go right away. The pen is very senistive and easy to use. It is a little bit of an adjustment for me to use the pen verses years of using the traditional mouse, but I can do more things with the pen then I ever could with a mouse. I am an artist and photographer and it is a great tool to use in my graphics work.

Why pay more for a name? That's always been my philosophy. I am proven correct by the Genius MousePen. A Wacom of the same size will sell for roughly $200. I'm sure Wacoms are great, but I've found much joy in my new Genius and for a lot less money. Besides the wireless mouse and pen the tablet also came with a trial of Corel Painter X and Adobe Photoshop. The tablet was easy to install and the box that it came in proved to be perfect for storage when I'm not using it. I even took the tablet with me on vacation so my friends could play with it. Now they want one!
For talented artists this one is a must. I would highly recommend this tablet to anyone, regardless of whether they're new to the technology of graphic tablets or if they've been playing with one for years.

I bought this tablet about a year ago, and it worked fine until about 3 or 4 months or so ago.
At this point, the mouse started to jump, or not work, even with a replacement of batteries. The pen also was not as effective.
I conclude, this was a great tablet, until it stopped to work. I might be more satisfied, however, if Genius did not leave almost no trail. I could find no way to contact them and express my displeasure. I would say no to buying another Genius brand tablet, and I suggest to anyone that a Wacom brand tablet (at http://www.wacom.com) seems like a better investment. I have not tried one, but I soon plan to.
fun to use October 4, 2008
It is a great product, but there were some flaws. After the drivers were installed the pen would not move the mouse until i pulled up the pressure tester. The screen was big, i liked that but at times it made it hard to reach the end of the screen. i love the shortcut buttons. Its so nice that you can program them in. However, if you don't push them exactly right they wont activate. I recommend this product but be prepared for what you will have to deal with.
