Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
The TripNav TN-204 PDA GPS Receiver has improved accuracy by utilizing WAAS-capabled GPS positioning when connected to your PDAs data port and your vehicles 12VDV cigarette lighter. A water-resistant housing with a built-in magnet allows flexibility for in-vehicle or external placement of the GPS receiver for maximum signal reception. The powerful SiRF IIe low-power chipset imbedded into the internal design uses up to 75% less power to operate than comparable technologies. With quick cold-start times of only 45 seconds, the SiRF II enhanced technology also provides improved tracking in weak signal areas. The TripNav TN-204 PDA GPS Receiver terminates into a PS2 connector and by selecting the appropriate cable kit, it easily interfaces with your model PDA and also charges your PDAs battery, while powering the GPS receiver from your cigarette lighter. The TripNav is a 12-channel GPS receiver and has a built-in LED to indicate the satellite acquisition status: Solid RED indicates searching for satellites, while flashing RED indicates satellites are in view and data is being received.
