Great value November 15, 2008 The cable works as expected. I am using it to hook my powermac to my TV. Great value.
Why Pay More? September 2, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased a Sony upconvert DVD player and needed a HDMI-DVI cable and I didn't want to pay more for the cable that the DVD player. This cable works great, no problems. I've had it for a few months and haven't had any issues with the video transfer, clear and smooth. HDMI doesn't stand for High Dollar Multimedia Interface does it? Why pay more, get this cable!
Inexpensive and effective August 29, 2008 I was considering buying a much more bulky and fancy cord than this one until I found this cord while searching through google. I decided to give it a shot since I wasn't out much money if it turned out to be a bad cord. I can't describe how happy I was that I made that decision because it has worked like a dream since I've gotten it. My computer monitor is NOT HDCP compliant and even still my PS3 is still running well and looking gorgeous via this cord. I don't know if this cord has anything to do with the HDCP crap but I do know that it's working well. I HIGHLY recommend this cord due to its price and ability to put out an outstanding image.
For the price, it's good August 8, 2008 For the price you pay the cable is good. However, DO NOT expect this cable to give you the same quality as a straight HDMI cable will. When I hook my xbox up to my computer monitor it looks good don't get me wrong, but it's nowhere near the quality of hooking my xbox up to my TV through HDMI. You will lose virtually all the lighting details that the great games have now a days, and the picture won't be quite as clear. It still looks better than hooking up your 360 to a CRT tv through the standard RCA jacks, but YOU WILL LOSE ALL DETAILS. All in all I'm still happy with my purchase, it does what I expected it to do for the price I paid.
HDMI to DVI Digital Video Cable (Blue) July 2, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought a new vista computer and I wanted to connect my graphics card to my big screen TV. So i bought this cable. The connection was easy though in the past I have ruined the pin making the connection. Compared to that this was easy. The video is great compared to my S video connection. but the image appears unstable it will black out intermittently. I have not figured out the cause yet.
