Thank You November 4, 2008 I just absolutely love its small space saving design. Thank you for your business as always. There's nothing wrong with your product. All I needed was a space saving USB hub.
Great value! November 2, 2008 This was a nice and inexpensive, straight-forward product. The cord is very short, but that's about my only complaint.
It's been doing the job for me August 25, 2008 I've been using this USB hub for 6 months. It's been working fine without any problems.
Yes, it is made of plastic and feels a little cheap. I bought this because it was the cheapest USB hub on Amazon, so I can't really complain. I use it everyday and it hasn't broken. The transfer rates are fine for my needs, even when transferring large photo files from my dSLR.
I find the ports to be a little snug, but not tight like some reviewers state. I wish that the cable was a little longer though.
Pretty Good Product July 13, 2008 I have been using this for a week now. Haven't really experienced any problems with it as of YET. By reading some other reviews, I should. But I haven't yet. If you are looking to add 3 more ports to your computer (1 you'll use up to plug this hub in), this is a good and cheap way to go.
eh, my needs are simple... July 3, 2008 I only occasionally have to use more than one port, and even then only for 10 or so minutes at a time, so please look to the other reviews for more thorough critical analyses of this product. I purchased this mainly as an extension, because the way my PC is currently situated, accessing the USB ports can be awkward; also the cord for my webcam is not very long, so given where I have it situated, it barely reaches the USB ports on the PC. This hub solves both those issues handily. My thumb drive does warm to the touch after a few minutes plugged into it; I have no basis for comparison, so I don't know if it heats up more or less than normal, but it's not so warm that it concerns me. And as I said I don't tend to keep it plugged in for extended periods of time. Anyway, it's very affordable, suits my needs, and has been performing adequately for lo these many... weeks, so I'm happy. So far.
