Works great!! November 17, 2008 I'm using this adapter to plug my notebook (Dell Latitude) into my cybex KVM. This cable does exactly what I need it to do - it converts the PS2 cables for keyboard/mouse to USB. Works great!
Worked perfectly with old Gateway AnyKey keyboard October 12, 2008 My uncle got a new PC and wanted to use his old Gateway 2000 "AnyKey" keyboard, which is PS/2 only. His new Dell Inspiron 530S PC had only USB connections. The Adesso adapter worked perfectly.
Adesso USB Adapter August 2, 2008 Works great - now I can use my wireless PS/2 products with my new computer
Great! July 14, 2008 I bought 2 items - 4 years ago and 4 days ago. On all my machines with Windows XP it works just as described - Windows XP automatically detected the device and installed the necessary drivers.
Works great with laptop / ubuntu May 10, 2008 I use these to connect a mouse and keyboard to my laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad t61p). I bought two of these, one for work and one for home. They work great under Windows XP and Ubuntu Gutsy / Heron without needing drivers. The first few keystrokes after the laptop boots are either duplicated or missed, but it works fine after that. I usually use a USB mouse rather than a PS/2, but I've tried a few PS/2 mice and it seems to work fine for these as well.
