This is the second time I have ordered, returned, and received this piece of crap which is pawned off by the Amazon slicks as a replacement 'charger'. The box this piece of crap comes in is even labled "AC Charger"! It is not a charger-it is an adapter. $31.00 for a useless piece of junk. There is a very dark side to Amazon. When I called to report what I thought was a mistake in shipping, the customer service rep was very apologetic and sent me the very same pice of useless junk I returned. He even checked the web site to insure the piece was in stock. Be careful with Amazon, this behemouth has reached the point of diminishing returns. After all these years I'll be switching to Powell's for my christmas shopping. I want my hard earned money back. Caveat Emptor!

All that is included in this item is the plug itself, and not the usb that is also pictured in the description. I felt this was a little misleading, since the verbal description just gives the dimensions. I feel that the picture should be just the plug if that is all that is going to be included.
