Just a regular firewire cable. Six feet seems to be too short for my needs though. :)

Sturdy connectors that lock in firmly and no data errors. And for less than a quarter the price of a firewire cable at most retail stores.

Very happy with it. I was very happy that it was 6 feet! The length was something I didnt even pay atention to the length when I bought it, but I lucked out.
