The MWR30 mounts conveniently in a standard gauge cutout or on a dash surface if you don't mind cutting a few holes in the top. Once installed, you'll enjoy complete control over the receiver--from cycling through sources (options include CD, AM/FM tuner, weatherband, and auxiliary) to adjusting the volume to finding your favorite CD track or radio station. As a bonus, the remote also includes its own auxiliary input for connecting an iPod, MP3 player, or satellite radio receiver. Want to listen to your entire iPod catalog while cruising the Puget Sound? Not a problem. And don't worry about the weather, as the MWR30 is housed in a water-tight, UV-resistant casing. Very fast delivery and connecting it up was easy. It was a simple plug in and had enough wire and cable to make it to our boat's transom.

The installation was easy and it came with more than enough wire to reach the stereo from my helm. The control is bright and easy to use. The marine weather option is great so I don't have to switch my marine radio off a vital frequency.
