Ergotron 200 Series Data Entry Arms May 8, 2008
I must say I am SERIOUSLY disappointed in these arms. We have approx 30 of these arms on our manufacturing floor, and probably 75% of them have become almost unuseable due to 'blown out' elbow joints. They are all less than 5 years old (under warantee) but Ergotron says that its our fault for puting too much weight on them and they won't warantee them. (monitor+keyboard+mouse=too much weight???) They were nice enough to offer to sell replacement parts at FULL price...but they are currently out of stock (maybe we're not the only ones with issues??). If you are just mounting a monitor on the wall and are never going to move it, this projuct is probably fine. Otherwise, steer clear. I've found other better products for over 100 bucks cheaper from different manufacturers.
