 Software doesn't easily work with MAC June 20, 2008
they make you install software for this item and i simply never got the drive to show up on my MAC desktop, ever, after installation. it didn't ever show up beforehand and neither after so i returned the entire package. wouldn't waste your time with this - by SanDisk brand.
 smart media xD card reader March 2, 2008
I bought this so I did not have to use my batteries in my up all the time and it works just great. I like the feathers it offers . It is not in use until one inserts the card xD card into it's slot and close the cover and the pictures are on my PC with in a second. I always use a produce such as this one . Would buy another one if I ever have trouble with this one.

Forget this one; too basic...
SanDisc's ImageMate (SDDR-89 VA)takes 12card styles,and very easy to use, once you try the varying possibilities.
POOR SUPPORT FROM OLYM PUS. January 22, 2008
I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT FROM THE RECOMMENDATION OF OLYMPUS TECH SUPPORT. HOWEVER AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT I AM NOW TOLD BY THEM THAT THEY DO NOT SUPPORT WINDOWS VISTA. I HAD TO BUY A NEW CAMERA TO DOWN LOAD PHOTOS INTO MY COMPUTER. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU ARE USING VISTA S.W.
Easy to Install, Worked Great January 7, 2008
The card reader was very easy to install and worked like a charm. It is actually easier than using the software and connection cords that came with the Olympus camera.
