4 out of 5 stars Second try.   October 8, 2008
This was the second bluetooth adapter I have purchased, the first turned out to be junk. This product feels well built at first but does not have a cap and after rattling around in my pocket for 3 weeks the USB connection seems to be getting a little loose from the external case (it still is firmly attached to the internal parts). It still works great though, it has great range and has not let me down yet, I highly recommend this for it's durability(my pocket is not very nice to USB jump drives either).

4 out of 5 stars Decent product, but beware of their drivers   October 3, 2008
This product works fine, but beware of the drivers on their CD if you're using Vista. I had such problems that in the end I had to reinstall Office from scratch, which was a huge pain. Eventually, I uninstalled their drivers and it worked fine with plug and play. Otherwise, a great buy and much cheaper than buying stuff from Apple.

5 out of 5 stars Works well for what it does   September 14, 2008

No problems here, it does what it's supposed to do. I'm only using it to connect a Bluetooth headset; pairing was pretty easy, and it connects without too much trouble. Overall a good buy.

4 out of 5 stars Just Works   September 11, 2008

When I tried it in XP, plug and play kept interrupting my installation and I finally gave up. After I tried it on my linux machine, it started working with no special attention.

I haven't yet given it another shot in Windows but I can recommend this item for Ubuntu with Gnome.

4 out of 5 stars perfectly portable   August 27, 2008

I had a bluetooth headset for my phone and wanted to use it with Skype - I just plugged in the adapter, and away I went. There was a little confusion with the drivers (should have read the instructions first) but otherwise it works just great - easy, compact, and a great range.
