5 out of 5 stars Good and inexpensive replacement!   June 27, 2007

Got this to replace the handset cord on my phone. Works perfectly and so inexpensive! Added it to a larger order to get free shipping.

1 out of 5 stars Definitely NOT 12 feet   May 6, 2007

Though this claims to be a 12 foot coil, apparently that means if you were to completely stretch out the coil, which you can't really do. It realistically stretches to about 2 feet before it pulls the phone off the wall. Not nearly long enough for my purposes. I guess you get what you pay for.
