Condition: RARE, CLEAR BLUE, HARD TO FIND UNIT. Fully Refurbished Inside and Out ,cleaned and sanitized. (will show some minor signs of previous use). Comes with Answering Machine, Power supply and new phone cord. 90 day warranty. Sorry no user guide with this unit, but its very simple to use and operate. (and most folks are buying these to replace their unit that went kaput) FAQ- Why is the MSRP so much lower than the sales price? The list price is not relevant with discontinued, hard to find items. In most cases, these units cost us more than the list price before we even restore them. Once we invest the labor into the unit, and our general overhead, we typically have twice the list price invested in the unit. In addition, the list price was based on being made cheaply overseas, with cheap labor, and with the dollar being twice as strong many years ago. In a nutshell, if you are not happy with the price please do not purchase it.
