Worked fine for me. I wanted something for my walks. I can take my pulse while still walking and don't have to stop.

The Heart Rate for Dummies D-7 Strapless Heart Rate Monitor Watch is a waste of money. It gives an occasional reading, usually when I'm not particulary active. It does not give readings during exercise which is the whole reason for using it. I've tried all the suggested ways to get it to function with no good results.

The product is easy to use, just as advertised. It's really a pleasure not to wear the chest strap, much more comfortable.
You just have to be patient and keep the buttons pressed until your heart rate appears. This may be a problem when jogging. Nonetheless, it's worth the money.
