This straightner works really well. However, do not try using it in an outlet overseas. Although the directions warn against using it with a converter, I tried using it once while I was overseas over the summer, and it completely stopped working. I had to buy a new straigther. I bought this one again though, because it works so well.

I purchased from Ulta for $129.99 and it broke after 3 months. I'm purchasing my second one from Amazon at a lower price - hope this one does not break.
Besides that I loved the flat iron when it worked.
Straight hair at last! October 9, 2008
After 55 years of battling my curly hair (frizzy is humid weather) I can now have straight hair! This is way easier to do than the iron and ironing board that I used in my teens. It stays straight for days if you don't get your hair wet. It heats up really fast and is easy to store.

I ordered this product because my stylist uses it. So far so good, it delivers amazing heat, so be careful. I was concerned with how light it felt, but it works really well.

Mine died in two months and the warranty is not good unless you buy it thru an approved salon.
