Not Really Impressed July 28, 2008 This product goes on gunky and did not work any better than other deodorants. I like the mitchum solid better. It also takes forever to dry and leaves white marks on your clothes.
Mitchum December 21, 2007 This is my favorite deoderant. Its getting hard to find roll on deoderants ... everyone seems to be selling the stick style. The others are usually sticky and have an overpowering scent. The Mitchum unscented roll on is light, clean, effective and odorless. I bought two four-packs to maximize the online savings and to make sure I don't run out.
Lives up to its promise November 21, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I don't in general believe in the advertising hype we're subjected to, but Mitchum is one product that lives up to its promises. It keeps you dry and fresh and yes, you can even skip a day. It seems the big trend lately is to develop 'clinical strength' antiperspirants, but honestly, Mitchum is so good, I'd recommend people try it first. Also, it's one of the least offensive unscented products there are.
I've used this for years...it works! December 14, 2006 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Years ago I used to "sweat like a pig" in performance situations (I'm a teacher and musician) and only Mitchums would conquer that problem, controlling both wetness and odor. Plus this brand was one of the first to come out with an unscented version that was truly unscented, which is to say with no "masking fragrance" added by an addled manufacturer's engineer. This is of considerable importance to the substantial percentage of the population that is either allergic to perfumes or must be near those who are.
Several years ago I bought a different Mitchum antiperspirant product, a jell-type one, and found that it was perfumed in spite of being labelled as unscented. I corresponded with the company, and my observation seemed to be taken seriously. Recently I purchased more of the same, and am most pleased that it no longer contains the obnoxious smell. This makes me feel very kindly disposed toward the manufacturer.
There you have it: a product that really works - far better than others I have tried, and a company that listens to its customers. To me, that's a winner!
