I have used Bion tears for over a decade, and they do the best job for my extreme dry eye. The Bion mixture of water, oil, and film maintenance has really helped my very dry eye condition function better and be more comfortable.
Tears get in your eyes March 10, 2007
I use these to keep my eyes hydrated from Lasik surgery. Work as well as expected. You can keep them in the refrigerator for even more soothing.

I had lasik a year or so ago and have extremely dry eyes; these work the best of any eyedrops I have tried!
