Product Description These full size headphones are perfect for use with home audio systems. They offer the perfect mix of form and function. Crisp, clear sound from comfortable headphones make the perfect addition to any home audio system. Features include a quality Neodymium drive system with single entry cord, track ball volume control with muter self-adjusting headband, full size 40mm element for rich, clear sound reproduction and gold plated plug with 1/4" stereo adaptor.
Amazon.com Review Jensen's JF25 Stereo Headphones are a rare treat--comfortable headphones that are as pleasing to the ears as they are to the head. With clear, open highs and full, deep bass, the JF25s will render your favorite music with authority and verve. The Jensen JF25 Headphones' ear-fitting drivers, light weight, and self-adjusting headband ensure comfort and ease of listening. Both speaker leads travel in a single wire stemming from the left earcup, minimizing knotting and allowing freer movement during use. A clippable level-control mechanism (up, down, or mute) obviates the need for immediate access to your listening device, letting you tuck your portable cassette, MiniDisc, CD, or MP3 player into a backpack, purse, or pocket. We found the volume control inconvenient. The knob is hard to access and the mute control button needs to be pressed continuously, instead of being a simple instant-kill switch. While Jensen reports a 20 to 20,000 Hz frequency range for the JF25s, it does not state the variances from "flat" along this range. Expect some suck-out in the midrange, and slight bloatedness in the bass (the usual sacrifices for headphones commanding low-frequency tonal response). But overall the sound is good, with strong bass and clear, non-abrasive treble. An included 1/4-inch adapter fosters listening from component audio sources such as integrated amplifiers, CD players, and some DVD machines. Pros: - Good, full-range sound
- Comfortable
- Lifetime warranty
Cons: - Trackball volume control hard to use
- Slightly bloated bass

Five years old and still pumping out the music!! June 23, 2005 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
You cannot find a better set of speakers for the money. I have had these for five years with no problems and they are still the same as when I bought them. There is a handy volume control on the speaker cord. Buy these and you won't regret it.

Great sound and value, but hurts my ears June 21, 2004 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
Pros: - Great sound (for its class) - Nice long cord (not to short, not too long)Cons: - It feels like my ears are going to fall off after wearing them for thirty minutes. If comfort is no issue, then these are the best cheap headphones around.
The best for the money July 2, 2003 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I got these to replace a pair of the same style that I wore out. The coverings on the ear pads just wore away, because I wear them while I work. Those replaced a $... set of headphones, and I never noticed any sound difference, whether on classical or screaming rock. I did notice the 'phones were much tougher (the $... set sort of fell apart in my hands one day) and the "trackball" (actually a roller) easier to use. I also like the Mute button to check if I heard something without pulling the 'phones off. Yeah, I'd like the earcups to be larger so they rest around my ears, not pressing on the edges, because I do wear them for four hours at a time. Most people don't. And for the difference in price between this and the $450 ones, I can buy a lot of CDs! The band over the head, because of the suspension system, is extremely comfortable. When you're wearing them, they look like -- a pair of sound-sealing headphones. Nothing strange about them. They just don't disappear like earbuds or some lightweight disc job that lets the outside noise stream in and bruises your ears fiercely. Buy 'em! You'll like 'em.
Good product, a little tight around my big ears though. July 2, 2003 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
These are the best headphones i have ever owned, the bass is excellent, the amount of sound it blocks out is just right, but they just dont fit around my ears too well. After over an hour of use, i have to take them off for my ears the breath before i put them back on as it gets quite hot and hurty on my ears. Other than this they are absolutely perfect.
