Product does exactly what I wanted and hoped, nay, dreamed. Black outer coloring stays hidden from view and only I and my wife know it's there to switch between cable and antennae. Thank you RCA for making our lives a little better.

Compact, easy to install and use. Works great if you need to switch between cable and satalite. Great low price compare to outside instore price.

First of all, A/B switches with coaxial connectors are hard to find so the choices were very limited.
This particular switch was packaged and rec'd in excellent shape. The price was fair and received in just a few days.
The problem for the average rating is the switch itself. The switch has several false detents when switching from A to B or back. There is not a definite feel that you have made a good switch or contact.
RCA A/B switch June 13, 2008
I installed an HD Tv antenna and with it I can pick up ~30 HD local TV channels. With the A/B switch, tell the satellite or cable folks to forget the 'Local' channels and save the extra cost to pay for the antenna and switch over and over again. Very easy to use. Functional and reliable.

No need to get too wordy here. The switch does exactly what I bought it for - switches between cable & my new high-def antenna. Works great.
