 Great for travel August 15, 2008
Folds up into a nice cube, perfect for travel. Allows all to hear the music or watch movies on the IPod.

This is a nice product for the price. It is very portable and works easy. The sound quality is good unless you play it loud. So it won't work for parties or picnics, but if you and a friend are the only ones in the room it works great. It works with anything you can plug headphones into. Requires batteries.
It does not charge your ipod and does not come with an adapter. There is a spot available if you already have an adapter.
There is an on-off button. There is a volume control. You may also need to adjust your ipod volume control. It's pretty easy. I don't know how some of the other reviewers couldn't figure it out, maybe they never inserted batteries (dah!).

This is what I expected and what I asked for. I was looking for a small travel size speaker to use with my IPOD for traveling, camping, playing on a boat - where more than one person would enjoy the music background. If you're looking for something to sound digitally perfect - this isn't it. But it worked wonderfully for my purpose.
Fun Sized June 2, 2008
I really like this product. It is compact and fold-able for easy transport (I can throw it in my purse or suitcase for trips). I use this everywhere in my home (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, garage, etc.).

It is louder than the batteryless speakers i bought but they give a lot of distortion. not great but they are ok.
