Very nice leather case--not sure I like the latch (it's a push in button type) as much as earlier cases which had velcro. All in all, good value.

I read a couple reviews that said this case is to small for the Canon PowerShot SD870IS But I'm here to say its not.. It is a perfect fit..
if your buying a Canon camera this is the case you should buy
AND YES IT FITS THE Canon PowerShot SD870IS

I bought this to go with my Canon SD870 IS - just as the item description stated. I don't think that this case is actually meant for that model though because although the camera fits inside of the case, it is very challenging to close it. Pushing it in and out is cumbersome and takes a while.
Not the greatest case ever for the SD870, but it is a nice case and would probably work great for the model it was made for.
Not too bulky May 4, 2008
I got this camera case because it wasn't too bulky and easy to carry in my purse. The leather is sturdy and protects the camera well, especially from a clumsy husband. No extra room for other storage, but that would require a bulkier load to carry which I didn't want.
