i make braclets and this light is of very good quality. the magnifying attachment is wonderful for seeing those small pieces! well made. sturdy stand. lightweight enough to move from room to room. i recommend this product.
Terrific Stitching Aid March 4, 2008
I love my Ott-Lite - I can now stitch inside in the winter! Before, I could only stitch in the sunlight, but now I can stitch anywhere, anytime. I recommend this light and magnifier highly.

Bulb is to small, not enough light. Paid a lot just for the name. Got two other other lamps with birghter bulbs for less than half the money ofcourse I found these righht after I got the Ott lite.
