 A Great Mouse! July 26, 2008
This is a great portable mouse for laptops. It works perfectly both on my Windows and Mac computers. The Logitech configuration program is more user friendly on Windows than on Mac; nevertheless, this mouse works even without installing the software that comes with the package. The setup software allows you to customize the buttons, but if you just want a mouse that moves, drags, and scrolls, you don't really need that software.
There are also an USB extension cable and a punch bag in the package. Extension cable is very useful if you are using this mouse on a desktop PC as I am, since plugging the receiver into the USB port on a desktop machine is not always convenient. The punch bag undoubtedly provides a solution for those who need to carry the mouse all the time.
This mouse is very portable. Some people have said it is a little bit too small, but personally I don't think this is a problem. I'd recommend it to those who don't like track pads that much and hence need portable mice.

This product works great. Excellent range and response. The USB port receiver is tiny and does not obstruct surround ports.

I absolutely love this mouse. It is ergonomically comfortable and works flawlessly. Everything about it is designed for a great experience. I have been using it for a week now and have zero complaints.
Excellent Cordless Mouse July 24, 2008
This product delivered everything that was advertised by its manufacturer (Logitech). It is very reliable, responsive and does not have the problem that regular optical-cordless mice have, as it works very well regardless of the background or color surface I put it on.
The battery life is outstanding. I used to have to change batteries all the time (every 3 weeks or so) on my previous cordless mice. This mouse can be turned ON/OFF to save even more batteries. I have used it for the past 2 months and I have not had the need to change the batteries. Oh by the way, this mouse has a light indicator for the battery power, so I do not have to guess when they need replacement or get caught off guard with a useless mouse in the middle of an important meeting or presentation.
The compact USB "Nano" receiver does not get in the way. I can store the laptop with the receiver inserted it, in my backpack and it does not get tangled or smashed. The receiver is easy to remove or insert. Although I rarely see the need to remove it.
The scrolling wheel works in 2 modes: the precise mode that works on a click by click basis; the fast scroll where the wheel moves back and forth freely. This is a great feature and is very useful for LONG documents or websites.
The overall form factor of the mouse is very *portable* and comfortable. Although I have small hands and this mouse may be a bit small for people with big hands.
This product is worth every penny.
GREAT MOUSE! July 22, 2008
This mouse is great. On/off switch or turns off when dormant, small plug in on side that doesn't get bumped, and very responsive. Love the wheel and the side clicks. Glad I bought it - it's a wonderful value.
