PERFECT FIT FOR YOUR CAR DASH September 5, 2008
I read many reviews for this item before buying . I took measurments to see if it would fit onto my Toyota Avalon dash. Perfect size, does not slide at all on the dash and the clips are perfect for taking the unit off and on with ease. You will not be disapointed.
Dashboard Mount for Nuvi 260 is GREAT September 5, 2008
I wasn't sure what to expect with Nuvi's dashboard mount based on other reviews I read. I did not want to mount the GPS on my windshield so purchased the dashboard mount. Absolutely no slippage, no movement, nothing.I do a lot of driving for my business in all types of stop and go traffic and have yet to experience a problem. I like the fact,that when I park somewhere, I can take the dashboard mount and GPS off the dash so it is not so obvious to a car prowler. I would recommend this product.
Works Great September 4, 2008
Holds my C580 on my dash without moving. Makes for greater portability. A good alternative to the windshield mount which can fall off, especially with the C5XX series which are bulkier.
Excellent product September 4, 2008
This is an excellent product. Works great. Does not slide even on the sharpest turns. Makes using the GPS a snap since you can simply throw the mount on the dashboard. When i leave my car, I just put the mount on the floor..very convenient not having to put on and take off the suction from the windshield.
Easy to remove stays put September 3, 2008
We drove 3500 miles and this never moved. It is easy to take off and put in the trunk when parked or move to a different car. I would never go back to the sticky dashboard mount.
