This adapter was absolutely necessary for my 32'' Samsung LCD TV to work with the Premier AM2 Mount. My TV has a VESA 200x200 mounting setup. This adapter allows the tv to be mounted on the swing arm. Without this the AM2 would have had to go back. If you have a vesa 200 setup on your TV this is a must. Installation could be a bit easier, but isnt too bad.

This product fit the hole pattern exactly as we needed it to so we could mount our new Sony LCD flat panel TV to the wall mount. Very nice product and service! A+++
