Product Description Easily install large screens with this simple, intuitive mounting solution. Its simple three step installation combined with its tool-less one-touch tilt angle adjustment enables flat panel screens to be installed and adjusted quickly. Cables and cords are easily managed behind the screen with large access ports in the wall plate. For perfect screen positioning, center the screen by smoothly sliding it along the wall plates horizontal rails.

difficult install October 3, 2008 Installation took FAR longer than is reasonable and tilt function is terrible. Really don't plan to move it once installed, so we kept it, but if I really cared about being able to change the tilt, I would have sent it right back.
works well, but need to take down tv to adjust angle September 30, 2008 looks good, low-profile (good if that is what you want, but harder to fit wires and surge protector behind it--not the bracket's fault, though), works fine. however, you need to pull tv from wall to adjust angle, so it takes a little longer to do that than with a more expensive bracket which you can adjust without removing the tv. i mounted 40-inch samsung ln40a550 tv very easily.
Good product, slighly difficult install over fireplace September 22, 2008 I bought this mount for a Samsung PN50A550. My studs are a little more than 20" apart. Installation was pretty easy. The difficult part was tightening the screws on the bottom. My tv is mounted above a fireplace with a small 8 in shelf so I cannot look directly up underneath the tv to get to the screws. The tv is so close to the wall that trying from the sides was a bit difficult. Suggestion, turn the screws before mounting so that they are threaded. If you cannot easily lift over 100lbs, get someone to help. It was a bit challenging to lift but my wife helped guide me. The shelf of the fireplace was also good to rest it on while lifting.
So far so good August 25, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I was definitely skeptical at first, given the low price compared to the $400-$500 mounts you can buy at the big retail stores.
I hung it above my fireplace in my new home that was studded for a plasma TV. Easy as pie with a small socket wrench (don't try to screw them in by hand). And definitely get someone to help you hang it if it's a big TV like mine. I have a 52" Sharp Aquos Flat Panel, model number 52D82U.
It's been on the wall for about a month now. I check the screws on the back every few days to make sure the TV is secure. So far, so good. Has shown no signs of slipping or anything else that would make me have a heart attack.
Heavy-duty TV wall mount works well August 8, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
The Peerless PT660 tilting wall mount worked out well. It's heavy-duty, so it will support up to 100 lbs and it comes with a large variety of fasteners so that you can attach it to about any wall surface. In my case, it was for a Samsung 50" plasma set that went above a fireplace. The mounting bracket was installed to the sheetrock - or more specifically to the 2 studs behind the sheetrock (usually spaced 16" apart) - with 4 large lag screws and washers. The mounting bracket itself is on the order of 32", so you can only attach it to 2 studs at best. Once you figure where the mounting bracket goes and level it - then attach it to the wall. The 2nd part that attaches to the TV required no spacers - just 4 bolts - for a simple attachment. The hardest part is lifting your TV up and onto the wall mount. Have at least 2 people available for this. I used 3 people: 2 to lift the TV and 1 to hold the attached cables out of the way and into their proper position on the fireplace mantle. I recommend this product.
